Drake International is recruiting experienced Industrial Coaters for an exciting opportunity with a leading industrial services provider in Edmonton, Alberta.

What You'll Do:

• Apply industrial coatings using spray, brush, or roller methods per project specifications
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or abrasive blasting
• Mix and apply coatings following manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure coatings meet industry standards using specialized tools (e.g., DFT gauges)
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality and durability
• Maintain and clean coating equipment
• Follow strict safety guidelines, including handling hazardous materials and PPE usage
• Work in various industrial settings, including confined spaces and at heights
• Accurately complete activity reports per client and company requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in industrial painting or coatings application
• Knowledge of different coating types (epoxy, polyurethane, zinc, etc.)
• Proficiency in using spray guns, brushes, and other application tools
• Familiarity with industrial safety procedures
• Experience with plural pump spray systems (an asset)
• Certification in industrial coatings (NACE, SSPC) is a plus
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
