As a Physiotherapist, you'll be an essential part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the rehabilitation journey and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. We're looking for passionate individuals who are excited about delivering innovative, cutting-edge clinical care, and who consistently strive to create a positive and respectful experience for every client. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment and assessments, collaborate with a range of professionals—including surgeons, claim owners, and employers—and contribute to interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs. You'll also play a key role in conducting functional capacity evaluations (FCEs) and offering services directly at employer worksites.

We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about learning new skills and adapting to different areas of our business, including specialized teams focusing on brain injury, psychological injury, and post-COVID care. Your contributions will include delivering frontline assessments, interventions, and education to our clients. If you thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, you'll be right at home with us. Please note that responsibilities may vary depending on the program area you're involved with.

Join us in making a real difference, and help clients recover with care, creativity, and respect.

Your experience and skills:

  • A Bachelor's or Masters' Degree in Physical Therapy and eligible for registration with the Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association.

  • Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in occupational rehabilitation, orthopedics or sports physiotherapy.

  • Computer experience and strong interpersonal skills complemented by well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Reliability and time management skills are integral to your success in this position.

  • A valid Alberta Drivers' License and the ability to travel overnight within the province as well as independent travel to complete off-site services is required.

  • The ability to work 7.25 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday- flexible scheduling.

We offer a competitive salary, an extensive and comprehensive benefits package, and flexible work schedules, including hybrid opportunities, all designed to support a healthy work-life balance. You'll be part of a team of supportive leaders and skilled professionals, working in a caring and collaborative environment where your growth and well-being are a top priority.
