Core Competencies:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
• Supervise and support nursing staff in day-to-day clinical activities
• Serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, and administrative leadership
• Coordinate staff schedules, patient flow, and resource allocation
• Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
• Current BCLS certification (Level C)
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
• Charting on Procura is an asset

Work Hours: Weekly 30 hours in field, 15 hours nursing support.
Requirements:

• Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
• Valid Drivers License & reliable car in community homecare is required
• Up to date TB test within last 2 years
• Must have your own:
  a)Stethoscope
  b) Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer

Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.
