Job Title: Access Management Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Access Management Analyst to join our cybersecurity and IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access across a complex enterprise environment that includes automated identity governance as well as manual provisioning processes. This role will ensure that appropriate access controls are maintained for both integrated and non-integrated applications while adhering to security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity & Access Provisioning:

• Manage user access lifecycle processes (provisioning, modification, deprovisioning) for both automated and manually managed systems.
• Utilize an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform for provisioning where applicable.
• Manually provision access for non-integrated systems, including:
• Manage local users and permissions on Oracle databases using Oracle SQL Developer
• Manage local users and permissions on Microsoft SQL databases using SQL Server Management Studio
• Manage users and groups in Entra ID
• Manage users and groups in Active Directory
• Manage local accounts and groups, and user rights assignments on Windows member servers
• Manage Active Directory file share permissions and NTFS file permissions
• Manage users and groups in LDAP via Dell TFS

Access Reviews & Compliance:

• Support periodic access certifications and audits to ensure compliance with both internal and external audits.
• Identify and remediate excessive or inappropriate access through regular review processes.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation related to access management activities.

User Support & Issue Resolution:

• Address access-related service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access issues across enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience working in an enterprise environment with a mix of automated and manual provisioning processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Databases, Microsoft SQL Databases, LDAP, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.
• Knowledge of IAM principles, including RBAC, least privilege, and separation of duties (SOD).
• Experience with access review processes and compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in access control and authentication issues.
• Ability to collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to improve access management policies.
• Experience with PowerShell, basic SQL scripting, tabular data processing in Microsoft Excel is a must.
