WHAT YOU WILL DO

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate metal components according to project requirements.

Set up and operate various metalworking machinery and tools, such as shears, saws, drills, routers, and grinders.

Perform precise cutting, shaping, and bending of metal materials to meet specifications.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

Conduct inspections of fabricated parts to identify defects or discrepancies and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and successful project completion.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Extensive knowledge of various metal types, properties, and fabrication techniques.

Skilled in operating metalworking machinery, such as shears, saws, drills, routers, and grinders.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments and tools to ensure accurate fabrication.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy metal materials and operate machinery.

Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow all safety protocols.
