Project Manager / Restoration Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing all project components, from obtaining sub-trade quotes to final repair estimates and emergency management.
  • Conducting site visits, preparing detailed scopes, and estimates for insurance and non-insurance jobs.
  • Responding immediately to emergency claims and determining the cause of losses.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient project restoration while maintaining customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinating daily activities of project staff, construction trades, and sub-contractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Experienced in Restoration Project Management with at least 3 years in the field.
  • Proficient in Xactimate for 3 years.
  • Hold a valid Class G License and IICRC Certification.
  • Excellent communicator, proactive in resolving client inquiries and complaints.
  • Knowledgeable in reviewing construction plans and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations
