About the Company:

Our client, a leading provider of commercial services, is seeking a bilingual (English & French) Accounting Clerk to manage financial operations and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and send client invoices, tracking outstanding payments
  • Maintain financial records and assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Support payroll processing by monitoring employee hours
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for audits and tax filings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
  • Perform additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: 1-3 years in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar role
  • Software Proficiency: QuickBooks
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
