About the Job
As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you will be instrumental in onboarding, educating, and enabling our Marketing Services partners. Through live training sessions, interactive workshops, and ongoing coaching, you will ensure partners have the knowledge and confidence to leverage Vendastas platform and services effectively. Your role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous learning and driving partner success.
Your Impact
As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to:
- Lead partner education and enablement by delivering engaging onboarding sessions, in-depth platform demonstrations, and interactive workshops to accelerate adoption.
- Provide ongoing partner support through coaching and knowledge-sharing, empowering partners to use Vendastas solutions confidently and train their own clients.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to gather insights, share product updates, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Optimize training programs by analyzing partner feedback, staying updated on industry trends, and refining strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive partner success and ensure a seamless learning experience.
What You Bring to the Table
You are a strong communicator and educator with experience in learning and development, instructional design, or partner enablement, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. You excel at creating engaging training materials and presentations using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Genially. Your ability to leverage AI-powered learning tools, such as Gemini AI, enhances content delivery and partner engagement. You have a deep understanding of email campaign strategies and best practices for training communication. With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you bring a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, always seeking ways to optimize training programs. A bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
