- Proactively complete client reviews, focusing on the farm portfolio, and cross-selling financial advice products and services.
- Complete inspections as required.
- Participating in events to create brand awareness and developing, maintaining, and cultivating community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
- Weekly report of your successes and challenges
- Provide tailored insurance advice and support to new and existing clients
- Prepare accurate quotes for home and auto insurance products
- Manage policy changes, renewals, and day-to-day servicing
- Support clients through claims and underwriting inquiries
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with other team members in life, wealth, farm and commercial insurance for cross-referrals and holistic client care
- Stay current on product knowledge, compliance, and licensing updates
- You will occasionally travel to see clients, generally within the Brant/Norfolk region
- You are required to have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Strict confidentiality with respect to clients' personal information.
- This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
- You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

- OTL License (preferred) OR RIBO License (required; must be willing to convert to OTL—we will support training and licensing fees)
- 1–3 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A passion for helping people and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with digital tools and able to navigate client systems efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 annually with commissions and bonus
