Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of plant equipment and providing technical electrical support. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of plant equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team during regular hours and be available for urgent issues after hours.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to improve overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability.
- Mentor engineers-in-training and apprentices in related fields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in plant equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
