Role and Responsibilities
Be able to analyze and evaluate construction Project schedules to identify delay and disruption.Prepare detailed delay analysis reports and presentations.Be able to present the logic of delays to management in a clear and concise manner, as required.Regular collaboration with Project stakeholders to develop strategies to mitigate delays and improve project performance.Implement best practices and industry standards in delay analysis and planning.Provide expert advice and support to Project teams on delay-related issues.To carry out and provide planning assistance where necessary.Be able to work autonomously and within given timeframes.Supporting major claims, including providing written delay narratives to support claims.Working knowledge of dispute resolution procedures.Preferred Skills
Degree qualified in construction related field.A sound understanding of current construction methodologiesIn depth knowledge of all delay analysis and Project planning techniques.Good knowledge of P3 contracts within the construction industry.Excellent knowledge of planning software (e.g. P6, Powerproject)A good track record in the delivery of delay and disruption claims.Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage a high volume of competing requests.
