Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of highly motivated individuals
- Monitor operational quality or safety
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Has 2+ years of luxury spa experience
- Practical knowledge of spa operations
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule and positive working attitude
- Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
