Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Spearhead the planning, execution, and management of a robust calendar of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, industry conferences, tradeshows, and sponsored workshops
- Innovate in event strategies to maximize engagement and ROI
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from conceptualization to post-event follow-ups
- Lead a variety of marketing and sales driven events as well as partner collaborations
- Leverage events as a key driver for lead generation and brand awareness
AI-Powered Performance Marketing & Web Optimization
- Utilize state-of-the-art AI and automation tools to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns
- Implement machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and personalized marketing strategies
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to stay at the forefront of digital marketing innovation
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media, email)
- Leverage cutting-edge AI and automation tools to enhance campaign performance
- Analyze campaign metrics to drive rapid iterations and improvements
- Implement SEO best practices and paid advertising strategies to boost traffic and user experience
Content & Lead Generation
- Develop high-velocity, compelling thought leadership content addressing industry challenges
- Create product marketing assets supporting sales (battlecards, competitor intel, case studies, blogs, newsletters, landing pages)
- Design targeted email campaigns with impactful messaging and visuals
- Implement lead nurturing workflows and optimize funnel performance using advanced marketing tools
- Execute guerrilla content marketing tactics to establish thought leadership
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
Funnel Optimization and Lead Generation
- Analyze and optimize the entire marketing and sales funnel using data-driven strategies
- Implement creative lead generation tactics to fuel the enterprise sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with sales to align lead generation efforts with revenue targets
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards for regular reporting on performance metrics
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Utilize AI-powered tools for predictive modeling and decision-making
- Optimize the marketing tech stack for efficiency and scalability
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital growth roles in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- Experience creating high-impact digital marketing campaigns that deliver leads, SQOs and ARR.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and creative optimization.
- Previous experience in writing engaging content and creating visuals.
- Proven experience managing the full event lifecycle, both virtual and in-person; from strategy to execution.
- Experience managing vendors for marketing and lead generation support.
- Experience producing shareable video/audio clips is an asset.
- Salesforce tracking and campaign performance reporting.
- Experience with cutting edge AI/Automation Go-to-Market tech stack.
