Purpose of the Role

As an HR Administrator at Content Bloom, you'll play a dual role as a trusted HR partner and a strategic recruiter. Youll lead day-to-day HR operations while actively supporting our companys talent acquisition efforts across Canada, the U.S., and beyond. From onboarding and employee experience to hiring coordination and compliance, youll be the go-to person for keeping our people processes running smoothly.

This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive team player with a deep understanding of HR systems, a sharp eye for great talent, and a passion for supporting a people-first culture in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Responsibilities - What youll do once you get the job (after you celebrate):

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Oversee HR administration including employee records, documentation, and system updates (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling).
  • Ensure compliance with employment standards in all applicable regions (Canada, US, etc.).

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Own the recruitment process for various roles across departments, including job postings, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer letters.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, values-aligned candidate experience.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment data.

Performance & Growth Programs

  • Lead and continuously improve onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Support performance review cycles
  • Coordinate LMS initiatives, ensuring course completion and ongoing learning engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements - What you need to get the job:

  • Experience 13 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting roles, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
  • Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Systems Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR), ATS tools, and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams).
  • Recruiting Skills Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruiting cycles.
  • Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
  • Detail-oriented Able to manage multiple processes, deadlines, and sensitive information with precision.
  • People-centric Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across teams and geographies.
  • Change-Ready Comfortable with change management, process evolution, and handling ambiguity.
  • Bonus Experience with content creation for HR comms or working in a multi-national team environment.
