Who you are:
As a Professional Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of CIRAs suite of cybersecurity products. You will navigate the intersection of technology and our customers needs, by delivering quality solutions, with your deep technical knowledge and your passion for solving problems for our clients.
What you'll do:
- Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful deployment and adoption of CIRAs solutions by customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to solve technical problems and propose new feature development.
- Be the primary technical resource for customers and partners during the deployment process, including technical troubleshooting.
- Work closely with customers to implement solutions, ensuring the products and services are properly integrated into CIRAs portfolio.
- Perform technical assessments of customers and partners and provide expert advice on best practices.
- Host training sessions to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of CIRAs products and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the deployment and overall product usage.
- Build strong relationships and engagement with customers to best understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Gather feedback, technical and business requirements, and other insights from customers to improve product features and usability.
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience.
- 3-5 years experience in deploying and troubleshooting solutions to workstations (i.e., Linux, Windows, and macOS) and mobile device applications.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills and continuous willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong technical acumen and advanced knowledge of cybersecurity products, endpoint technology and networking.
- Proficiency in English and French is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
