Position Graphic Designer

ShiftFull-time, 40 hours per week

Department Sales Operations

Location Richmond, B.C

Reports to Manager, Sales Operations

Purpose:

Graphic Designerwill be responsible for all graphics functions for sales, including presentations, proposals, bid documents, and other sales materials as needed. This position will develop an understanding of the company, products, customers, markets, and competitors as well as define and align goals with departmental goals for mutual success.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Obtain deliverables from departments and team members to design, build, print and deliver compelling and dynamic Proposal Books and Presentations.
  • Assist in the development of supporting materials for proposals and presentations, e.g., product feature sheets, standard drawings, etc.
  • Lead design production of periodic sales newsletter.
  • Assist in the development of general materials, e.g., training documents, materials for sales events, etc.
  • Ownership and ongoing continuous improvement of contract, proposal, and presentation templates.
  • Ensure all proposals are consistent and follow brand identity standards.
  • Photo editing and manipulation as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a graphic design position
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as, In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working on contracts, proposals and/or presentations is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, project and priority management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate (written and oral) and collaborate
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with all levels in the organization
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, fun and professional environment
  • Self-starter and energetic with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • A positive can do mindset with a desire to continually learn and improve results
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
