Keller Executive Search is looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and will work to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms.

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs into effective design solutions that enhance overall usability and satisfaction. Your work will directly impact the user experience of our client's digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that improve user experience.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain user experience documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design in all aspects of the product development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design or relevant experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
