Were looking for a Staff Accountant to join our agile and highly collaborative finance team. What You'll Do:

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Help prepare internal financial reports and support audit and tax compliance

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations

• Continuously improve accounting workflows and support system implementations as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 24 years of accounting experience (public or corporate)

• Solid understanding of GAAP

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (QuickBooks and NetSuite)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Eagerness to learn and grow with a collaborative team

Nice to Have:

• Experience at a start-up or high-growth company

• Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or tech business models

• CPA or progress toward certification
