Responsibilities
- Make required adjustments or repairs to equipment as needed and perform preventative maintenance to ensure that the system works at maximum efficiency.
- Service, support, and install large comprehensive integrated electronic security systems, including complex access control, CCTV, and digital recording systems.
- Maintain surveillance and security inventory and complete the ordering of parts and materials as needed, ensures surveillance and security systems are functioning.
- Keeps current on technological changes in equipment and make recommendations for upgrades, changes and modifications to equipment.
- Implements preventative maintenance cleaning schedule for cameras, recorders and related equipment.
- Observes all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reports any safety hazards to his or her Manager.
- Performs duties and projects as assigned while meeting timelines and deadlines.
- Must adhere to the regulations of AGCO internal controls and company policies.
- Works under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- A minimum education level of a post-secondary diploma in the Electronics Engineering Technician field or equivalent working experience and education
- Experience in the related field of one (1) or more years
- Working knowledge of alarm panels, systems, card access, video matrix and digital recording systems, which includes necessary operating systems.
- General knowledge of electronics, components, construction and cabling standards
- Basic electronics (including but not limited to general understanding of computer hardware and operating systems, as well as fundamentals of programming)
- General understanding of building / fire codes, proficient mechanical aptitude
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk distances.
- The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
