Job: Night Baker/Breakfast Cook

Schedule: 28 days on followed by 14 days off

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a buffet breakfast with a daily special.
- Create baked goods and desserts from scratch.
- Collaborate with the first cook on menu development and grocery orders.
- Manage grocery inventory organization under the first cook's direction.
- Implement food inventory control using the "first in first out" method.
- Participate in the Food Safety Plan with advanced HACCP recording.
- Ensure safe food storage and labeling of allergenic items.
- Attend daily toolbox meetings and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Support monthly inspections of kitchen facilities.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Night Baker in a camp setting.
- Strong management, organizational, and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended shifts.
- A team-oriented individual with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification (1 or 2-week course required).
- Food Safe Handling Certificate and WHMIS Certification.
- Culinary Diploma or Red Seal Designation preferred.
