We're looking for an experienced, strategic B2B Sales Executive to join our team. If you thrive in building long-term partnerships and can confidently engage with directors and VPs to deliver impactful signage solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Secure high-value, national clients by understanding target markets and engaging with decision-makers like directors and VPs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain consultative partnerships, providing tailored solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals.
  • Sales Growth: Utilize existing networks or build new connections in industries like trade show fabrication and construction trades to drive nationwide sales.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft strategic, customized proposals that meet client needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to refine strategies and educate clients on JD Signs' offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of senior-level B2B sales experience, ideally in construction finishing trades, trade show fabrication, permanent displays, or related fields.
  • Experience 1+ years preferably in signage, graphic sector, display, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing large, nationwide accounts.
  • Proven ability to engage with and sell to high-level executives, such as directors and VPs.

Skills:

  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to foster and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Strategic Selling: Experienced in consultative sales and able to craft compelling, customized proposals for national accounts.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how to scale sales across multiple regions and markets.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and present innovative solutions.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience in industries with a national footprint, selling products or services that are implemented on a large scale.
  • Familiarity with construction and design elements related to signage, millwork, or architectural solutions.
