What You'll Be DoingProcessing and verifying invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensuring vendors are paid on time and managing payment schedules
Streamlining accounts payable processes to improve efficiency
Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies
Handling accounts receivable, including invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances
Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
Generating financial reports to support decision-making
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve financial issues
Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with company policies
Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or a similar role
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with ERP systems like Acumatica or Oracle is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred but not required
