Compensation:$85,000 - $167,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Generate leads for potential clients in the Erindale area to grow the client base
- Attend training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills specific to the local market
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until appointments are successfully arranged with a listing or buyer's agent
- Communicate with homebuyers through consistent phone calls and emails to establish relationships and ensure brand visibility
- Compile monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards meeting company goals
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads in the Erindale region and convert them into new clients effectively
- Utilize the CRM system diligently to update customer information for agents in the area
