West Fraser's Corporate Sales Team in Quesnel, BC, is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator Canadian Lumber to join our dynamic and collaborative group. This position plays a key role in managing order files and finished product inventories across various mills. You'll Do:
- Manage transportation logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Foster clear and effective communication between mills and the sales department.
- Collaborate with mill teams to forecast production schedules and proactively resolve issues.
- Generate sales lists based on current inventories and production forecasts.
- Monitor and ensure timely order flow and shipment accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with sales, documentation, and mill shipping departments to deliver products efficiently and accurately.
