Must Haves:
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST - Minimum 5 years of experience working with OIM (12c) API, connector and workflows
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a solution Architect on Oracle Identity and Access Management Systems
- Minimum 5 years solution development with 12C.
- Minimum 7 years integration experience in Oracle IAM suite including OAM, OIM, OUD/OVD, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) and Oracle Databases.
- Experience designing and developing data migration strategies utilizing OIM connector and Entrust SDK.
Description
- Design and implement identity management solutions using Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite (12C)
- Conduct impact assessments for OIAM application patches and re-apply custom components to ensure continuity of system functionality.
- Evaluate, analyse and rectify test defects related to system configurations, workflows and/or custom or vendor delivered functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validate system functionality and gain clarification of business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on identity management best practices.
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex identity management issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on identity management configurations and development.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues and potential optimization opportunities to project managers and/or leadership team.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Technical Knowledge 40%
- Minimum 7 years experience as a solution Architect on Oracle Identity and Access Management Systems
- Minimum 5 years solution development with 12C
- Minimum 7 years integration experience in Oracle IAM suite including OAM, OIM, OUD/OVD, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) and Oracle Databases
- Experience designing and developing data migration strategies utilizing OIM connector and Entrust SDK
- Minimum 7 years coding experience using JDK 8 and up. Working experience using C++
Analytical, Problem Solving & Research 40%
- Experience in reviewing and analysing vendor patching documentation to identify impacts to IAM configuration and/or functionality (custom and vendor delivered)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve and ability to work independently and mange multiple completing tasks
- Experience recommending solutions to various technical, operational and service related problems, efficiently and effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot testing defects, estimate development effort, develop and test solutions and package deliverables for deployment
- Minimum 5 years experience with triaging, analyzing, diagnosing , evaluating options, and resolving application problems related to identity and access management solutions.
Communication and Documentation Skills 30%
- Demonstrated written communication skills to document development solutions and create supporting operational documents
- Demonstrated oral communication sills to provide technical advice to clients and leverage application functions to meet requirements and gain efficiencies
- Participate in regular team meetings and identify issues, risks and potential improvement opportunities
