Location: Toronto based as some time in office may be needed for workshops

• As a Senior UX Designer on the Org Experience team, you will play a crucial role in helping our journey management team shape user-centred solutions across multiple services, and our reporting product experience team discover, define and deliver innovative digital experiences for our customers.

• Lead end-to-end UX design activities for digital products and services, from discovery to delivery across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with program goals.

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Design

• UX Design: Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies

• Service Design: knowledge of customer journey mapping and service blueprinting methodologies
