ReportingtotheNationalSalesDirector,theSalesOperationsManagerplaysacriticalroleinoptimizingsalesteamperformancebymanagingdataanalysis,salesoperations,andfieldteamcoordination.Thispositionrequiresabalanceofanalyticalexpertiseandhands-onsalesteammanagement.TheidealcandidatewillbehighlyproficientinExcel,capableofcreatingandmanagingdashboards,andskilledininterpretingdatatodrivebusinessdecisions.Additionally,theywilloverseein-fieldprograms,workingcloselywithsalesrepresentativestoprovidecoachingandday-to-dayoperationalsupport.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ownpipelinemanagement,salesforecasting,andsalesperformancetrackingtosupportrevenuetargetsonamonthly,quarterly,andannualbasis.
- Overseedatasanitationandreporting,ensuringinsightsareactionableforbothinternalteamsandclients.
- Providestrategicinsightsbyanalyzingsalestrends,identifyinggapstogoals,andrecommendingdata-drivensolutionstooptimizesalesperformance.
- Actasaliaisonbetweensales,finance,andbusinessoperationstoensurealignmentonclientdiscounts,promotionaloffers,andrevenueinitiatives.
- Leadbusinessreviewsbycompilingreportsandinsightsforseniorleadershipandkeystakeholders.
- Managein-fieldsalesprogramsbyworkingdirectlywithsalesreps,providingcoaching,andensuringalignmentwithsalesstrategies.
- Supportworkforceplanningandresourceallocationforthesalesteamtomaximizeefficiencyandimpact.
- Evaluate,implement,andintegratenewtoolsortechnologiestoenhancesalesteamproductivityandeffectiveness.
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,salesprocesses,andindustryregulationstomaintainbusinessintegrity.
Qualifications&Experience
- Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,marketing,analytics,orarelatedfield.
- 5-7yearsofexperienceinsalesoperations,salesanalysis,orarelatedrole.
- StrongproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel(pivottables,VLOOKUPs,datamodeling)andexperiencewithCRMtools(e.g.,Salesforce).
- Provenexperienceindataanalysis,salesforecasting,andprocessoptimization.
- Abilitytomanageandcoachfieldsalesteams,providingoperationalsupportandguidance.
- Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskillstoworkcross-functionallywithsales,finance,andbusinessoperationsteams.
- Experienceindigitalmediaandomni-channelmediaisanasset.
- Musthaveavaliddriver'slicense.
