THE ROLE

As a scale house attendant, you play a key role in managing the flow of materials through the site by operating the weigh scale and completing all necessary paperwork involved. You will be completing BOLs, booking freights, and completing border transfer documentation, as well as managing transport schedules. • Day Shift from 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday
• Overtime paid over 44 hours - Lunches also paid

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks
• Enter detailed truck, customer, product, and job information accurately into the system.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all haulers and visitors arriving.
• Maintain day-to-day paperwork including BOL's and Invoices
• Manage daily ticketing, tracking reports, and any additional administrative documentation.
• Completeinternational freight shipment forms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must be 18 years
• Strong knowledge of excell requried
• Accuracty in Data Entry
• Expereince in logistics and scheduling an asset
• Abiltiy to work on your own
• Strong knowledge in the English language as many forms need to be filled out.
• Have a great team attitude and willingness to help
