Our client is looking for a Parts Clerk to join their team! Our client is a successful and quickly growing specialty coffee retailer in Milton with multiple aspects to their business, including warehouse, retail space and maintenance shop. This position will be organizing and controlling the flow of parts within a positive, collaborative and coffee centric work environment.
Salary:
$20.00 per hour + full benefits
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Overtime is a possibility.
Responsibilities
  • Working independently to catalogue and organize the parts in the maintenance shop.
  • Recognizing when parts are getting low, proactively ordering new parts.
  • Effectively communicating in a timely fashion by phone or email with customers
  • Adherence to all safety processes.
  • General help with other tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Desire to work in a retail/warehouse setting within an unique and specialized industry.
  • Prior Parts Clerk experience is a strong asset.
  • Administrative experience is a strong asset.
  • Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an asset.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization with strong time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both email and over the phone.
  • Proficient in math and working with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Demonstrable work ethic and reliability.
  • Love of coffee or being a coffee enthusiast (an asset).
