Summary:

For over 30 years BHD has pledged to offer the best-in-class customer service to ensure we keep our customers running. We make transactions easy for the customer by providing hands-on explanation of any new or updated products. You will work as a BHD ambassador to establish and maintain reputable relationships with customers. You will build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring this leads to potential future sales.

An SDR is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. The SDR will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that BHD's sales goals are met.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

· Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities.

· Contacting and qualifying potential customers, building relationships with the customer.

· Providing positive insights as a product knowledge specialist.

· Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.

· Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.

· Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives.

· Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.

· Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.

· Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify new leads.

· Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service.

· Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

· Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

· Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

· Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

· Strong problem solving, time management, organizational, and negotiation skills. Willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.

· Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.

· Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls everyday.

· You love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement.

· Flexibility and adaptability to change.
