Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of essential financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
• Manage cash flow operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing cash position.
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of accountants to ensure smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to management to help guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve accounting policies, procedures, and best practices across the department.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation is required.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex accounting issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team.
