Job Description

How You'll Make an Impact:

As a member of the team, you will provide the highest quality of customer service and be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving drinks according to standard recipes while maintaining a clean and organized bar area
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Completing opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar
  • Maintaining personal appearance and following site grooming guidelines and dress code
  • Supporting coat check operations when needed
Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 1 years experience of bartending in a restaurant, hotel, and lounge.

  • Must have your Smart Serve

  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent data.

  • Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation of classic cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wines & spirits. food & beverage menus.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs

  • Comply with all Campus policies
