Backend Developer (.Net)Role Overview:
As a Backend Developer (.Net), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications. You'll work closely with a talented team of developers, ensuring seamless integration of APIs and continuous improvement of our web platform. Your expertise will help drive innovation while ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Performance: Use functional programming techniques to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Ensure Quality: Take ownership of unit testing, end-to-end testing, and code reviews to guarantee stability and performance.
• Develop Web Applications: Build and maintain web applications using C# and .Net Core, delivering clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve development practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with frontend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and create seamless user experiences.
• Project Involvement: Participate in project management activities, keeping tasks on track and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience: At least 6 years of hands-on experience with C# and .Net Core development.
• Database Expertise: Strong background in MongoDB/NoSQL (4+ years preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvemen
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (3+ years preferred).
• CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (3+ years preferred).
