Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst for a 3-year contract role in Regina, Saskatchewan. This on-site position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our LAN/WAN infrastructure while supporting cutting-edge network technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including end-user devices (desktops, printers, scanners, wireless nodes, etc.).
Provide technical support for video conferencing systems, VOIP telephony, and wireless networks.
Develop certified cabling plans, performance reports, and asset refresh plans.
Create and manage network architecture diagrams, configuration records, and IOS images.
Handle provisioning, incident resolution, security management, capacity planning, commissioning/testing, and disaster recovery.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCSP) or equivalent.
Experience:
5+ years hands-on expertise with Cisco equipment configuration/administration;
5+ years DWDM/MPLS; Azure firewall/load balancer setup; and networking infrastructure.
Proven track record of continuous improvement in network operations.
Deliverables:
Certified cabling plans and refreshed LAN/WAN assets.
Network architecture diagrams and performance documentation.
Additional Information:
This role includes rotational on-call support and occasional work outside regular business hours to meet project needs.
