General Description:

This junior level position will play a key role in supporting our digital construction workflows by capturing, processing, and managing site data using laser scanning technology. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of accurate as-built documentation, assist with BIM model updates, and help maintain project records within our digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the field of VDC.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Laser Scanning & Point Cloud Processing
    • Operate laser scanning equipment to capture high-precision site data
    • Process and clean point cloud data
    • Align scans with existing BIM models for verification and documentation
    • Generate floor flatness and wall plumbness reports using scan data
  • As-Built Documentation & Modelling
    • Archive and manage as-built scan records for future reference
    • Assist with modelling as-built mechanical systems in Revit
  • 360-Degree Construction Photography
    • Capture weekly 360-degree site photos across multiple construction sites
    • Process, upload, and organize images in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Data Management & Coordination
    • Maintain structured digital records of scans, reports, and images
    • Assist with clash detection and model coordination as required
    • Communicate findings and issues to the BIM/VDC team and other stakeholders


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Experience with laser scanning equipment (Leica, FARO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Recap, Revit, Cyclone, or similar BIM tools
  • Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on construction sites and coordinate with multiple teams
  • Basic understanding of BIM coordination workflows
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Fluent in English with professional communication skills
