POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor
INDUSTRY: Industrial Manufacturing

LOCATION: Brampton, ON
STATUS: Full-time PermanentOverview: Strategically plan and execute projects aligned with company objectives, optimizing operational reliability.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment safety and efficiency, manage spare parts inventory, and control costs.
Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement, participate in safety committees, and undertake additional duties as needed.Qualifications: 3-5 years of supervisory experience
Previous Electrician License required or Dual Ticket (Millwright & Electrician) considered an asset.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field, or relevant work experience.
Requires at least five years of maintenance experience, with a focus on plastic processing equipment and mechanical systems in manufacturing.
