Job Description

Internal Job Title: Reconciler
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Location: Calgary, AB
Work Model: On-site

Shift: Night shift (6.00 pm to 6.00 am)

Wage: $26.75/hour plus $1.50/hour night shift premium

Responsibilities

  • Pick and prepare orders for the production line against supplied order manifest within a highly secure environment.
  • Audit completed production order against manifest, ensuring 100% integrity match.
  • Prepare, package, and audit the order for secure shipment.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Numeracy skills (e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.)
  • Computer literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction (e.g. SOPs, verbal instructions, etc.)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, teamwork)
  • Product fulfillment experience is an asset
  • Quality control experience is an asset

Mandatory Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for majority of shift; ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
  • Work Hours: Ability to work rotating night shifts:
    • 3 x 12 hour shifts (6.00 pm to 6.00 AM)
    • Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday
    • Shift rotates every 4 to 6 weeks
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain (in a timely manner) and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance
