Job Title: Sales Support & Lead Generation Associate (Canada)
Program: Amazon KFB (Remote position)
Pay Rate: $19 hr. (CAN)
Hours: M—F / 8 am – 4:30 pm
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our sales team through lead generation
and outreach. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective customers in the multi-family housing
and property management space. You'll help fuel our sales pipeline by researching new contacts, compiling
accurate data, and initiating early outreach to introduce delivery service upgrades and set up warm hand-offs
to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct internet research to identify new leads, with a focus on multi-family housing providers and
property management teams.
• Build and maintain organized spreadsheets with contact information and lead status.
• Initiate outbound calls and emails to inform prospects of service upgrades and new offerings.
• Qualify interest and conduct warm hand-offs to the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead follow-up and ongoing tracking.
• Maintain clear records of outreach activities, contact attempts, and results.
• This position reports directly to the Program Manager.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (phone and email).
• Excellent research and data entry abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
