  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including warehouse and fulfillment teams, to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with your Continuous Improvement partner to bring forward ideas and prioritize opportunities.
  • Communicate shipment status and resolve any issues or escalations with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to optimize routes and execution across stations.
  • Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) when required in supporting changes to logistics systems, including contributing to the implementation of a new Order Management System (OMS) in 2025 and a potential future Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Develop and validate user stories and test scripts for system enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to support the rollout and testing of new systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Assist with training initiatives to ensure team members are proficient in utilizing updated systems and processes.
  • Regularly update key logistics documentation to reflect system updates, process changes, and best practices.
