Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a corporate or freelance setting
• Excellent communication skills, including phone and video conferencing.
• Familiar with social media and recruitment strategies, and willing to up-skill with training and support.
• A keen passion for learning and development

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online learning development sessions
• Cultivate marketing strategies across digital platforms
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques with training from our expert team
• Conduct structured interviews and qualify candidates, with scripts and training provided
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
• Support onboarding and coach and assist your team towards success goals
