About the Role

As ourProperty Care Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their outdoor spaces remain vibrant and healthy. Youll build trust with customers, monitor garden quality, and provide expert guidance while identifying and selling additional property enhancements.

This role isa perfect fitif you love working outdoors, have a strong horticultural background, and thrive on building relationships with clients.

What Youll Be Doing

Establish and maintain strong communication with clientsmake them feel confident in our care

Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant health and aesthetics

Provide expert horticultural consulting and prescribe plant care treatments

Identify opportunities for property enhancements and sell upgrades such as seasonal plantings, garden expansions, and pathway installations

Work closely with our design and production teams to bring outdoor visions to life

Ensure all work meets high-quality standards in aesthetics, beauty, and function

Maintain detailed client records and proposals in our CRM system

What You Bring

5+ years of experiencein garden maintenance, with supervisory experience

Aformal educationin horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, or related fields

Strong plant knowledge and horticultural expertise

Excellent communication and sales skillsyou love working with people!

Strong organization and time management skills

Ability to learn and useCRM and estimating software (LMN, Smartsheet, etc.)

Avalid drivers license

Bonus Skills:

Experience withLandscape Management Network (LMN)

Experience usingCRM software

Knowledge ofSmartsheet software
