About us:

At Tall Tree, you'll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We're a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We're the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We're committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

As an employer, we aim to be the top choice in healthcare in BC. We want to be the only place you'd want to work. Our workplaces are amazing, both physically and socially, and we offer all the usual perks. But we also invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in education for our team every year. We believe that when our team members are happy and engaged, they're better equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the role:

This is a part-time, contractor position.

As a Chiropractor at Tall Tree, you're joining more than just a clinic – you'll become part of BC's most comprehensive private multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice within our integrated care model, where your expertise in musculoskeletal health becomes part of a larger collaborative approach to patient wellness.

We're excited to be bringing on our first Chiropractor at our new Port Coquitlam location. You'll work alongside our diverse team of experts – from physiotherapists and kinesiologists to counselors and massage therapists – allowing you to expand your clinical toolkit while providing comprehensive care solutions. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of growing something from the ground up!

What makes this role special is our commitment to your development. You'll have access to regular mentorship opportunities, funded continuing education, and a community of practitioners who share your passion for evidence-based care. Whether you're treating a complex chronic pain case or helping an athlete return to sport, you'll have the support of our entire team and the resources to deliver exceptional outcomes. If you're looking to practice chiropractic care the way it should be done – with ample time for patient care, a focus on evidence-based treatments, and the support of a multidisciplinary team – this is your opportunity.

Requirements

As a Chiropractor at Tall Tree, you will:
  • Evaluate and assess patients using evidence-based frameworks. You'll conduct thorough physical examinations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide exceptional care using manual therapy, adjustments, and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counselors, and more when indicated.
  • Collaborate with third party insurance funders, employers, and other relevant stakeholders. You'll maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Keep growing. You'll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
We're looking for:
  • Someone qualified to practice as a Chiropractor in British Columbia. You are a member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia. Ideally, you have 2+ years experience in private practice.
  • Clinical Excellence: You have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a commitment to mastering skills. You hold a profound respect for the complexity of human experience.
  • A commitment to growth: You have a deep passion for learning and continuous growth and development. You bring an openness to exploring new ideas and approaches to service delivery.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills: You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team. You communicate clearly and effectively, whether you're speaking, listening, or writing. You use precise language, compelling reassurance, healing narratives, and consistent messages.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching: You love sharing knowledge and can help mentor colleagues.
  • Humility and curiosity: You have an eagerness to learn and collaborate.
