Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Summer Co-Op Student – Business Applications to support process improvements and digital tools across the business. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with modern SaaS tools like Salesforce, support process documentation, and help optimize system performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal for students looking to explore careers at the intersection of business and technology, this role provides exposure to real-world business systems, internal service delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Support business systems maintenance, including access reviews, license management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate internal mobile programs in partnership with IT and third-party vendors.
- Help maintain and update training materials, user guides, and process maps.
- Provide first-level support to users on key systems, including Salesforce.
- Participate in process improvement projects and change management activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on small-scale system enhancements or testing.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with process mapping tools or Salesforce is a plus.
- Interest in digital systems, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
