We believe hiring is a team sport, and we act as true partners, helping our clients attract, engage, and hire the right people through flexible, scalable solutions that grow with them.
Who we need
We are looking for a Team Lead, Talent Operations to optimize internal processes, support client success, and enhance team efficiency. Reporting to the Manager, Employee Enablement, you will lead a small team while managing internal tools, workflows, reporting, and special projects that improve how we work. This is a hands-on role where you will streamline operations, oversee training and change management, and support client implementation, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
This is a remote role working in Eastern Standard hours.
What's in it for you
- Impact and growth. You want to step into a leadership role where you can take ownership, optimize team efficiency, and influence how we work and deliver for our clients. Your contributions will directly shape our processes and improve service delivery.
- Continuous learning. This is an opportunity to expand your leadership, data analysis, and reporting skills while gaining deeper insights into recruitment and scaling a company. At TalentMinded, we embrace new ideas, creative problem-solving, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and capacity. If you enjoy thinking outside the box, streamlining processes, and using tools to drive impact, you will thrive here.
As our new Team Lead, Talent Operations you will:
- Lead a team. You will foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation. You will set clear expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback to support your team's success. You will manage workload distribution, remove roadblocks, and create opportunities for professional growth.
- Manage internal operations. You will improve processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize the operational effectiveness of our team and business. You will leverage technology and oversee shared services and technology stacks, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Oversee training and change management. You will design and refine processes that align with TalentMinded's growth. You will develop onboarding plans, process documentation, and training materials to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Support client success. You will oversee client implementation, document customized processes, and coordinate hiring process surveys. You will ensure data-driven insights are shared with teams and used to enhance service delivery.
- Spearhead special projects. You will drive key initiatives, create presentations, manage branding assets, and ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with business goals.
- Champion culture and events. You will manage company-wide recognition, DEI initiatives, and internal events. You will oversee celebrations, team socials, and company-wide engagement programs that strengthen TalentMinded's culture.
- Be Talent-Minded. You will work transparently, escalate quickly when needed, and build great relationships across the team and with our clients. You will be an ally, supporting those around you and ensuring that challenges are addressed collaboratively. You will champion service excellence, remove barriers, and foster an environment where both your team and our clients succeed.
What you bring
- The experience. You bring prior experience in operations or administration, ideally in a service-based environment. You are organized, can adapt to shifting priorities, and anticipate gaps—addressing them before they become problems.
- The leadership. You can build and foster trusted relationships with internal and external teams. You influence, inspire, and lead by example, creating environments that support continuous learning and collaboration.
- The technical knowledge. You leverage technology and AI to automate processes and increase capacity. You can analyze data, create insightful reports, and quickly adapt to new tools. You troubleshoot independently, researching solutions or working with providers as needed.
- The problem-solving mindset. You think critically, assess challenges, and develop practical solutions. You take initiative, work through ambiguity, and find ways to improve efficiency while keeping client success at the forefront.
- The client service focus. You can balance multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality service. You anticipate needs, respond quickly, and uphold a high standard of excellence in everything you do.
- The drive. You stay ahead of tasks, keeping communications clear and workstreams moving. You organize, prioritize, and hold yourself accountable to high standards.
- The growth mindset. You take on new challenges, continuously learn, and push yourself to grow—both personally and professionally.
Why you might love working with us (and why you might not)
✅ We are 100% remote with flexible hours. If you thrive in an autonomous, self-directed environment, you will feel right at home.
✅ We are data- and outcomes-driven. If you enjoy working with tools and metrics to drive decisions, this is the place for you.
✅ Our values matter: Be an Ally. Be Awesome. Be Memorable. Be Empowered. Be a Thought Leader. If inclusion and innovation are important to you, you will fit right in.
❌ If you prefer in-person collaboration or rigid structures, this role may not be the right match.
❌ If you dislike change or prefer predictable, repetitive work, our agile environment could feel overwhelming.
❌ This is an operations role, not an HR position. If you are looking for a career path in HR, this will not be the right fit.
