Junior IT Support Technician (Entry-Level)

Reporting to: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Job Description: Border Paving Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Technician. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to begin your IT career and learn under the guidance of our experienced CIO.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and resolving basic IT support requests.
• Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, update, and maintain software applications.
• Support users with general technical inquiries.
• Monitor IT inventory and help maintain accurate records.
• Help manage user accounts and basic settings.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting.
• Assist with IT projects as assigned by the CIO.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
