Requirements
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Tall Tree, you will:- Provide client-centered therapy. Assess and treat individuals using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, or other approaches within your scope.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. You'll coordinate care with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and more when an integrated approach is beneficial for client outcomes.
- Engage with external stakeholders. You'll collaborate with third-party insurance providers, employers, and other relevant professionals while maintaining clear, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Commit to continuous growth. You'll stay up to date with the latest research, therapeutic advancements, and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
- Someone qualified to practice clinical counselling in British Columbia. You are a member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Ideally, you have 2+ years experience in private practice.
