Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Seasonal Maintenance Person will assist the maintenance team with a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of Eldorado Resort.
What will you be doing?

• Assist with preventative maintenance, renovation projects, and upgrades
• Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks to maintain outdoor esthetics
• Move furniture and appliances as needed
• General painting and touch-ups
• Be professional when interacting with guests and co-workers
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Other tasks as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Positive attitude and high self-motivation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn the equipment, tools, and methods used in grounds work, landscaping, and painting
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Level 1 first aid certification preferred
• Available to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons, any day of the week
