- Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement content strategies that elevate the founder's voice.
- Repackage and repurpose existing content for maximum impact.
- Ensure content aligns with platform-specific best practices (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Community Building & Engagement
- Build and nurture an engaged audience across digital channels.
- Spark conversations, respond to feedback, and foster authentic interactions.
- Content Performance & Growth
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand the founder's reach and influence.
- Production & Special Initiatives
- Support live events, partnerships, and high-profile engagements (e.g., Dragons' Den).
- Assist with content production, from video editing to podcasting.
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Degree or equivalent experience in New Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications.
- 5-6 years in content strategy, digital storytelling, or community engagement.
- Hands-on experience managing content across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Basic skills in video editing, photography, podcasting, and social listening tools.
- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 (based on experience, education & internal parity)
