What is Pontosense?

Pontosense builds wireless sensors that measure really small movements (as small as a heartbeat) using radar technology. We have the most accurate sensor on the market, by a factor of 10,000x. Were not just a little better were 10,000x better. This means that we can see things more clearly and can analyze and catch issues quicker. Today, we serve many markets, but around the same use case: saving lives.

We have founders with over 500 patents; prior to Pontosense, we built companies worth a total of $5B. Our companies make your iPhone, Starlink, Meta VR sets, and other technologies. What problem will you solve?

Preventable incidents impact lives every daywhether it's a fall at home or a safety risk on the road. Traditional solutions like wearables and cameras often fall short, lacking accuracy or ease of use. Our RADAR technology, with 10,000x the precision of existing products, is transforming industries by providing seamless, non-intrusive monitoring that enhances safety and protection.

As a Growth Associate, you'll play a key role in scaling our innovative solutions by driving GTM strategies, executing targeted initiatives to accelerate growth, and using market insights to spot new opportunities. You'll help optimize our sales processes, expand our reach in key markets, and ensure our products are positioned to meet customer needs and industry trends. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of making a big impact and driving business growth.


What Youll Do:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to execute targeted GTM initiatives for mid-market customers in Western markets.
  • Identify and research potential customers, build lead lists, and support outbound campaigns using CRM and sales tools.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of growth campaigns, including outreach, webinars, and trials, to identify areas of improvement.
  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to support positioning and messaging efforts.
  • Run small-scale experiments to test hypotheses around new customer segments, outreach messages, and value propositions.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes, to assess the success of growth initiatives, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.


Who Youll Work With:

You'll work directly with our CEO, Alex, while partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive business growth and strategic expansion initiatives.

  • Have experience with sales and business development tools such as CRMs and prospecting platforms.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, such as sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy.
