Atmosphere Floors is a well-established flooring Company that has served British Columbia since 2003. The company sells and services many customer types including residential customers, multi-family communities, national and regional home builders, commercial & general contractors, and government agencies.
Job Overview:
This position will primarily focus on answering a busy multi line phone system and redirecting calls and inquiries to the appropriate people and spaces. There will also be an important need to great people walking into the store in a very positive manner, and directing them towards the appropriate people (typically sales people). There will also be some general administrative tasks involved such as taking payments.
Requirements:
- A natural, positive attitude and energy
- ability to handle a busy work Atmosphere
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, Google Docs.
Responsibilities:
- Open the store
- Handling a busy multi-line phone system
- Learn the internal software system (RFMS)
- Data entry into RFMS
- Signing out and tracking of customer samples
- Showroom upkeep
Wages & Benefits
- Wages will be commensurate with experience.
- Part-Time position Saturdays from 10-3 p.m. and possible on call coverage
